This event aims to bring together about 100-150 top business professionals from Orange County to learn from the experiences of two top finance executives from Orange County. The theme: "Light at the end of the Tunnel"

This event is being jointly sponsored by the Waltos Group and City National Bank and hosted by ALPFA-OC (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance & Accounting) the premier national professional association representing Latinos in Finance and Accounting and related industries. ALPFA has about 11,000 members and about 40 chapters nationwide.
The ALPFA-OC chapter was practically non-existent and was spun-off from the ALPFA-LA chapter over 3 years ago. ALPFA-OC is now the 9th largest chapter in the nation, achieving a record-high increase of 310% to about 440 paid members from about 90 members a year ago.

Barragán's dual roles as President with ALPFA-OC (April 2007-Sept 2009) and founding Board Member/Treasurer/Chair of Business Events with TECMA-OC, ALPFA-OC and Nick Pierson, CLU/Financial Advisor from the Waltos Group (a NMFN company and event co-sponsor) cordially extend an invitation to the Members and Friends of TECMA to attend this unique high-quality event.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
KEVIN P. DUNIGAN, EVP
Core Banking Division and
Regional Executive, Orange County
City National Bank
Kevin Dunigan is executive vice president and head of City National Bank's Core Banking Division, which consists of all the bank's branch offices in California and Nevada as well as the Business Banking group. He is responsible for the strategic direction, business development and client service for the bank's Small Business and Preferred Banking lines of business. Mr. Dunigan leads a team of more than 500 colleagues, which also includes the Small Business Administration Department. Mr. Dunigan, who joined the company in 1999, is a member of the bank's Executive Committee.
He also serves as Regional Executive for Orange County. In that capacity, he is responsible for coordinating the bank's regional client service, business development, marketing, and expansion efforts across all lines of business.
BOB WALTOS, Managing Partner
Bob Waltos, CLU, ChFC, CFP, is managing partner of Newport Beach-based Northwestern Mutual Financial Network/The Waltos Group, whose Financial Representatives offer services in the areas of life and disability income insurance, annuities and other products for personal and business planning. Bob started with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1983 and now serves as managing partner with operations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The Waltos group is a lead sponsor of the Annual Toshiba Classic, and the annual “Hot 25 of OC” among many other key events.
